An IT invoice submitted complete with fraudulent W9. That included a physical address that is an empty lot in Manhattan, and an SSN tied to the state of Utah (not shared here, as it might be someone real). An artificial email thread was forwarded to accounting@[my domain] with the invoice and W9. No phone number provided, and the sending domain is parked.
