This seller claims to be in California, does not have a phone number and the customer service operates overseas. They sell eyewear with prescription lenses. They offer premium lenses for higher prices. I paid for 2 frames with premium prescription lenses. It took 3 weeks to receive them from China. I was sent eyewear with the incorrect prescription, and much thicker lenses than what I purchase. I contacted their email address for customer service, and it took me 4 days to receive a coherent response and they wanted me to pay $115 more in order for them to send me new lenses. They also claim to offer a warranty. 15 day money back guarantee and 365 day warranty. However, they did not offer me a refund or exchange, they wanted me to pay more money for being sent the wrong lenses. A scam.

Reached out to customer service to return/exchange glasses that didn't work. The experience with communication with customer service is horrible. I would send a message and they wouldn't respond for 24 hours each time and it states in their policy if they do not receive the frames after day 15 of initiating the return/exchange you won't get a replacement or money back.
So, after day four of trying to get information to return the frames they finally gave me an address to send the frames back within 7 days. I went onto the USPS website to create and pay for my own shipping label since they don't do that for you and the address they gave me was flagged with an error. I googled the address and it's a residential family dwelling of a five bedroom/3 bath home with pictures that is definitely a house. And there were articles online about the address being a scam address. I then decided to just keep the frames and lose out on $80.

I ordered two pair of glasses months ago. They say that the warehouse has not found the glasses. They have no phone number and they are not giving me a refund. They just keep apologizing for the errors they have made. I have no glasses and no refund which should be in full since I never received their product. They advertise that the glasses would be received within 10 days. We are going on many months!!

On January 11, 2023 I sent in a prescription and placed an order for glasses from Lensmart.com in the amount of $184.85. I waited the specified shipping time of the company and no product was received. I waited 7 days more because the company's website read " there is a 7 day shipping delay " when that time was up, I emailed the company. They tell me that the items were destroyed some how and they needed to put in a new order. I waited another 12 days shipping time and no product. and no tracking links. I emailed again to follow up on the product and I am requesting a refund at this point. The company told me that they will need to take 10% from my purchase amount because they products were made. Which I feel is not true because I have not received the products. (3 pair of progressive lens prescribed glasses). I was asked to give them a chance,(2/13/23) and allow them to send out the product. I gave another chance... But still no product. I email again February 28,2023 and Asked for a refund again and the customer service asked " are you sure you want a refund." I now feel I am being scammed. I have no product and no refund. I would like to report this and somehow receive a refund. The company will not call to speak with me on the phone. They only responds through email.
