Lenox Properties charges for utilities which are included in lease. They do not communicate via notice on door, only via text or email. This is a shadowy company with a devious owner. Do Not Trust.

A new owner/properties purchase 5532 Harold WAY 90028 this year(2022). Which they did not proved information about them. They want tents to drop off rent payment to to mailboxes services. not to the manager or themselves. There website does not give any inform in how to speak to some one. They will not answer calls just text and emails, which some people might not be able to do.
