I received a voicemail saying they were Legacy Litigatoon Group claiming I was being sent to court for a loan with VIP Loan Shop for a payday loan back on 10/6/2014. I do not know who this company is and I have not received any notices in regards to this. He said I am being summoned to court in 2 days due to no response. He was very aggressive when I called back and kept cutting me off when I asked questions. I asked for a copy of the original loan agreement and he said I would receive it with the summons to court. When I looked up VIP Loan Shop it states in California they were ordered to stop. I do not think this is legitimate as I have not received any information even though they claim they sent me notices.
