Clicked on website offer for color resin notes. After paying $18.96, there was a pop up for an upgrade to color "click for information" after clicking on that, it immediately charged me another 46.99 without my consent. I emailed the support email immediately, explaining the situation, the response was no refunds on digital downloads. I explained it was not used nor downloaded, and it was not an authorized charge. Now since I have had no refund, I attempted to download what I paid for, and now this is unavailable. Also on the website it says 100% money back guarantee. However, I am no longer getting a response from them. I am out money and I have no product. What else can I do? Thank you
