Type of a scam Online Purchase

I opened an ad on Google for weight loss. That was sponsored by Oprah Winfrey but it was not her, it was AI generated not her. After watching a 15 minute presentation I gave my credit card to purchase product luckily my bank flagged it and denied the charge. And sent me an email asking if I purchased. I said yes, and they said if I purchased again they would let it go through. Because they denied it, I decided to Google to see if it was a scam and it was yes a scam. I then saw the charge appear in my phone so I contacted my bank and they said apparently the company trues to run it again and they denied the charge. I then got a request from Leslie to be my coach to help with the product? I also received a confirmation the product had been shipped and of course I never received. I asked my bank to report incident as fraud but they said I had to reach out to the BBB. Thank you for looking into

This and doing whatever it takes to stop them from scamming others.
