My bank account was charged $55.00 by "Lasta Wellness" and I did not subscribe to, nor did I do anything beyond going to their website, lasta-fit.com, to find out what they were all about. While at the website, I did not click on anything for more information because it is very similar to a fitness app I already use for free. When attempting to inform the company, they stopped communicating once I told them they charged my account without me ever subscribing to the service, or requesting a free trial. There is no phone number to talk to a person, when I clicked on "contact us" it took me back to the AI assistant they used when I explained the situation in the first place, and it still contained the same conversation. There is no way available to get a refund from them. They are scammers and criminal!
