Shipping scam from LasserShip demanded extra insurance and stamp fees.

First contacted through instagram. Then when I was interested in their shipping services from LasserShip, they asked to move the conversation to telegram. Everything seemed legit until the package was mailed. They sent me a copy of some weird carrier (LasserShip). The typo should have given it away but website looked convincing. Says my package went out. All the updates are checking out. Until I get an email claiming it was “stuck” in PA. It was labeled as a discrete package and therefore extra “refundable” insurance was needed, was their explanation. Like an [censored] I made the payment for $250. Asking many times if the payment would be refundable. They said yes, upon delivery I’d get it back (very important detail). Make the payment through the website's customer service chat link. They fake like it went through and is moving along. But then I check the tracking and it still says on hold. And! I get an email saying $500 in stamps now needed to be paid. Obv at that point I knew I had been scammed. Tried to convince them to refund my money, they kept going w this phony story. They set it up so that if you don’t receive the package (that was never coming to begin with) you are forfeiting the insurance that needs to be paid. It’s always set up to fall back on you so they can say you didn’t pay what you should and now package is stuck.
