I ordered three items and they were all listed on the print out. I only got two of the items and reached out to the seller via email and they responded that I had only ordered two items...there were many things wrong with the transaction...cost of item...offered a one time 30% discount on my first order, only got 10%...all of this was on the print out as well...they said I could return the items I did get but suggested I send them return receipt so that I know they were received...this was going to cost over $25 according to the Post Office staff as they had to go to China....

I placed an order from this seller in August 9. I started tracking it and saw it was shipping feom CHINA and hasn't left get. When contacting the seller they replied with AI templates There was not one personal reply. I finally received the 2nd package only to see one item was missing. The second item was big enough to fit a small child. There are no items for children on their webpage. I notified them if their error and I received 6 replies about broken items. I was instructed to take photos of the item (that is not there) and the packaging. There are 11 emails today just regarding the missing item. I requested a refund with each message to them only to reaeive the same templates for answers. I have been played a fool.
