Lara from In call medical supplies faxed several times a request for a prescription for a back brace, Patient confirmed that he did want this done and office sent over the last 4 office visit notes requested with authorization for back orthosis, before catching the scam. Patient notified of scam. Internal Officers notified as well. Fax numbers associated: 888 627 0067 & 864 689 5586.
