I ordered a FlappyFella Interactive cat toy. When it arrived, the battery would not charge fully, and the toy only did one meager "tweet" and would not move again. I sent an email to LapCatz, they asked me to send videos of the toy not working. I did this. They then asked for more videos, I did this. I told them if I was not fully refunded, I would need to warn others of this scam. I have not heard back from them, so I am getting the word out. This toy is a scam.
