LA Paralegal Service filed an unlawdetainer on my behalf, he told me not appear in court despite what court papers said. My case was dismissed due to his prevarication. I called and found out from the court clerk which led me to believe he his running a scam. Furthermore, it has been over 4 months and he keeps coming up with excuses ie.. we had to move a relative .. my wife's dad was sick thats why the delay.. last one I'll serve your tenant on May 8, 2023. My tenant has refused to pay rent for over 1 1/2 years & hs used COVID 19 as his reason for not paying rent. He works for the U.S. Post Office earning more than $150,000 last year because he worked overtime everyday 7 days a week. He was my friend. He has been

investing monies and he will not give a explanation. I want him evicted. So I can get back control of my property. His was rent is only

$600 per month yet he pays $1000 per month for storage in Lancaster. He has never once asked was that ok or is will that cause your bills to suffer as well never inquire about the utilities. I am fed up. Please assist me in way that you can do this not happen to other consumers.
