Scammer advertised "Advanced Laser Glucose Monitor" as bait and switched ordinary "Pulse Oximeter" instead. Through multiple email exchanges, the scammer attributed the problem to have caused by scammer's warehouse that shipped their product. Scammer agreed that I am entitled to 100% refund when I ship their erroneously shipped product to them in China (at my expense). The scammer refused to provide a return shipping label but did provide an address and name that I assume to be Chinese. The scammer advanced the option (admitting that shipping the pulse oximeters to the Warehouse in China was cost prohibitive) I should keep the erroneous product and accept 60% of my entitled refund. I advised the scammer that I bore no responsibility for their error and that the profferred option was unreasonable, unfair, and therefore, unacceptable to me. That is the current status of the scam.
