Website sent tracking information after receiving payment but postal information shows item delivered to address in Hawaii and not addressed in my name or my address. No response from company email and phone number is a fake. Postal information shows delivered package only showed weight of one pound and my package should weighed much more.

Searching online for a product and found this site slightly cheaper than other websites. Usually pretty good about vetting websites, but for some reason didn't check this one, until I had already sent the payment and then received an confirmation email which seem right and started searching about the website and found it is a fraud.

I did a search for some products I was looking for and this company came up with the items available. Price seemed reasonable and they offered free shipping so I made the purchase. I had to contact the company to find out when and where my products were since I never received a confirmation email and to ask why I could not log onto their site. I had written down the items, prices, and order number and contacted their customer service dept where they finally answered and assured me the items were being shipped and gave me tracking information from China. I kept checking on the shipping day to day for two weeks until tracking information informed me that the items were delivered to a different address in Ohio but I live in Maine. I've contacted the company multiple times and they will not reply.

Ordered luggage bag combo from "www.lamouren.com". Order number was 77469 and payment was paid via Costco Visa card on 10/10/2023. We have yet not received the luggage bags but my credit card has been charged the total amount of $91.32. Numerous emails were sent with no response. Received an email from "[email protected]" on (10/12/23) giving me a Tracking number for the order of LV870739223CN saying the order has been shipped and we should receive the packages within 8-15 days after shipping from China. I tracked that number via the USPS website, but per USPS the package is going to some military address & not to my address & weighs only 1lb? This website seems to be a scam...BEWARE! I have requested Costco Visa to lodge an investigation into this matter & issue me a refund

Ordered (3) three pre lite Christmas trees from www.lamouren.com, order number was 123111162719537 and payment was paid via PayPal through Willo Cosmetics Co. Ltd. with a transaction number 91A42861161388911 on December 30, 2022. We never received the trees, but my account was charged the total amount. Numerous emails were sent with no response. I recently received an email from [email protected] on (2/4/23) giving me a Tracking number for the order of 9400111206213298172623 saying the ordered has been shipped and we should receive the packages within 15-25 days after shipping. I tracked that number via the USPS website, and it said that the package was dropped at my mailbox on January 5, 2023. That never occurred. I then went to my local post office and had that number researched through their system and was told the package (a 4 oz) package, far from a full-size Christmas tree was delivered on January 5, 2023, to another residence in our postal area. I know for a fact that the postal service wouldn't deliver a full-size Christmas tree because of their shipping rules. I'm just wondering if someone has cloned the Lamouren.com website for their scamming, but I sure would like to find out. Thank you for your time and interest in this matter.

We purchased an artificial Christmas tree from this website a month ago, and paid $15 additional for faster delivery. I emailed for a delivery date with no response. A couple weeks later I emailed again. Again, no response. And, the tree never arrived. We contacted PayPal for a refund, which has been granted. But, this website is a scam. If PayPal had not granted a refund we would have been out $113 and some change. I’m notifying the ScamPulse.com in order to prevent others from being scammed.
