4 days after my order, they reached out to tell me that they didn't have the product that they had sold me. They did not offer a refund, ever. They told me that I could pick out a comparable product and pay the difference.
I found a product, I let them know what it was. I was told that they didn't know if that was in stock either, even though both items showed in stock, and that they were going to check with someone and would respond to me in one business day.
I have sent multiple emails since, with no response at all. I'm in the middle of trying to reverse the charge with my bank but with the cost of their items someone could lose a lot more than I did.
