I placed an order on December 16, 2025 for $72.85 from Lady & Paws NYC. The company promised delivery within 4–5 business days and a full refund if not delivered within 14 days.

I never received the items. I attempted to contact the company, but their email is not working and they have not responded to any messages. Their website is no longer accessible.

This appears to be a fraudulent business that has taken payment without delivering goods.
