I ordered a necklace on November 26th 2016, it is now January 20th 2017. I was promised to receive the product in 4-6 weeks. I have not received any product or updates from the company. I have emailed them requesting a refund and have gotten no response. I have now looked into the company and see that no one else has received their orders either and that some people's credit card information has been sold. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a complete scam and there just to steal your money. They work under the company name of Lady Lux Collections and Lady Lux Swimwear.
