I had a wonderful buying experience with lady j. They even let me come down to the facility and watch the products being stamped and filled. This is my second order with them and it was flawless. Also good customer service I might add thanks

My experience with lady j manufacturing was actually a good I see this company has a lot of controversy but I’ve been dealing with this company since 2017 and I got all my lipgloss orders on time and good quality 😊

Type of a scam: Counterfeit Product

Absolutely the WORST , most horrific, terrible experience I’ve ever experienced in my ENTIRE life. Jannine (Lady J) has taken WELL OVER $2,000 from me. Her scam is to tell you she will send samples of products before mass production . SHE DO NOT . You pay and she sends you crap! Then you have to continue to pay for Shipping AFTER you’ve paid thousands of dollars for your products JUST TO RECEIVE THE REMAINING . Don’t believe me look her up on the ScamPulse.com she has multiple complaints. I wish I did before I sent her my money. It’s been over a year and I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED everything I’ve paid for. She stop answering calls. She only Started communicating through texts, then that stopped.The last communication we had she was very NASTY, RUDE and hung up in my face. She has a nasty attitude, and this company is a fraud. They(her) or whoever sends you products you can literally buy at the dollar store, pull those labels off and slap a bootleg label on it that has your logo on it. Then she will send you plain products with NO LABELS ON IT and mail labels separately then you have to LABEL YOUR OWN CHEAP PRODUCTS. Very time consuming, you get nothing you have paid for correctly EVERYTHING will be jacked completely up.

I lost SOOOO MUCH money, time and Energy with Jannine .I have had to redo EVERYTHING she sent to me. I hate I ever was introduced to this horrible horrible lady and her fake company. She claims to have ties with celebrities and produce their products (correctly) She uses that as leverage to gain other clients who she takes advantage of. I have hundreds of messages from her full of lies and promises of sending me my products and she NEVER DID!! BEWARE AND DON’T SEND YOUR MONEY! I don’t want anyone to go through what I’ve experienced and endured
