On July 28, I called LA Curbs after receiving a flyer about curb painting. I paid for them to paint my address on the front of the curb and and they said they would do it the next day. We agreed that I would place the check under the front door mat. They immediately cashed the check, but never showed up to do the work. They failed to respond to repeated calls and emails.
