I thought I was buying a chocolate labrador puppy. First contact was by e-mail and the person claimed to be a military wife fostering puppies as a hobby. The e-mails seemed to be professional and not pushy. She requested a Walmart to Walmart transfer which was completed unfortunately. Then she would ship the puppy for 117$ right to your door. Then a "different" agency calls you telling you they have you puppy and can't fly them until you give them 650 dollars for life insurance. This company was called Rondapettransport.com. Websites for that one dont even work. The reported website shows to be 9 years active on Google and another family member contacted about the same puppy and got the same exact e-mail only minutes ago. Please be cautious this was a horrible experience.

I am a victim of dog fraud. The owner and I shared many emails and it was my first dog so it was exciting. After several emails I felt a trustworthy connection. After payment sent, I got an email from an fake aire line service indicating money needed for insurance an crate an shots. So not knowing I sent payment. After 24 hours of no dog or communication I contacted the PD...they advised me I was scammed. I have been in contact with Texas PD. The owner sent me a physical address in Texas. The website is still operating as well a the phone numbers. The scammers never changed anything after collecting funds an still taking advantage of people. I have been able to get the IP addresses, the owners name of who lives at the address they provided, cell phone carriers, and their last known location. I will not stop until these criminals are caught and Im refunded. There is also video footage as well
