Still waiting for a promised refund after months of delays

Dear customer,
Credit card refunds are issued back to your credit card account—you typically can't receive your refund in other forms of payment such as cash.
Refunds on credit card purchases usually take 5-7 days.so sorry for the delay refund cause the refund system have been update at past days,the refund can’t issue successfully
Due to the problem of the credit card refund system, the refund may be delayed to the account. The latest arrival time is 7-10 days.
If you do not receive the refund by then, please contact us and we will check with the bank.
Credit card refund times vary by merchant and bank.
