I purchased with a first time patient deal where i get 50% of my order back in store credit. Next time i placed an order. I made a $150 order and used $90 of my store credit. I received a call where I was told I didn’t reach the order minimum and needed to add $10 more. I added $10 more and when I received my order. They switched one of my products for a cheaper one and never asked my permission or gave me a heads up. When i called i was told there was a mistake made on their part and all i can do was pay the difference. I was also told i could only use 5% of my store credit when it didn't say that anywhere on their website. I asked why my order was changed and they said i should known better because my order was so cheap and claimed they called me back a second time to confirm i wanted to change the order. Theres no record of a second call and i never changed my order. I was offered more store credit and was told they don’t do refunds. I checked my receipt and i never even got the 5% discount they claimed i was allowed to use. The website allowed me to use all my store credit but the reps changed it and then told me they dont do refunds. I left feeling scammed.
