I placed an online order with Kojivashop.com and was charged $29.90. I never received an email confirmation. I reached out several times for the status of my order with no response. The company attempted to charge my account again for $49.99.

Never receive the product from KojivaShop.com, ordered about a week or so ago. Received a confirmation of order email from [email protected] but that has since been redacted as I did not delete this email and I cannot find it in my inbox or spam. Never recieved tracking info or product. Paid $34.90 originally for the facial brush and now tried being charged an additional $49.99 for some reason. I have not been on the website to authorize any further purchases. I’m glad my bank flagged this charge as fraud.
