I ordered an item from KMHTOY.COM, and the website is fake. The vendor never attempted any contact, and would not return emails. I've started a dispute on my credit card.

I am a fan of the anime show Dragon Ball Z. I recently discovered very collectable figures called "SH Figuarts" and the way these are sold is the company who makes them advertises they are coming out, you buy them before they are released via a pre-order, and then they are shipped to you. I missed every opportunity to pre-order because I didn't know about these so now the only way to get them is from scalpers who charge three or four times their original value. I google searched one I wanted and the very first sponsored link was this website KMHtoy.com that looked very professional and was selling it for almost what it retails and not charging shipping. Naturally I jumped on the opportunity to save $100 so I ordered from their website. The order said I will receive a confirmation email with information about tracking my package. I never got any email. I went back to their site to try to look it up and it said if I make an account I can track my order. I tried making an account and it didn't work. The email and password I just created failed to log me in and still no email about account creation. I then tried calling and Verizon said that number can't be reached. I then looked up their address and it's a bar in San Jose, CA when it should be a toy store or warehouse. Then, I look up my credit card and there's a charge for exactly the same amount but its made out to "GAVIN NETWORK INC 646-9827343 NY" which I've never even heard of. All of this makes zero sense and after Google searching other people's interactions with this company/website people all say it's a scam. Even the thing they received is different. I'm making this hoping nobody else falls for this scam. Thanks.

the website offered a product that I paid $99 for. The product I received was not what was depicted on the site or noted on my invoice and was not the quality that was shown on the website. Attempts to contact the seller went unanswered.
