I order a product from them. It never came when they told me. So I request my refund they told me I should get my fund in 7-10 days it never came. I emailed them again they told me the same thing. Then they try to take $120 out of my account without my permission. Good thing I keep that card low. I been trying to get my refund since May 2025 but they keep telling my the same thing over and over. I contact my credit card but they told me they can't help me because the purchase was more then 3 month.
