So , my friend ordered from kizumiworldwide to get me a gift for my birthday . At the time , they were having a buy one get one free sale , that she participated in . She bought the beanies in July 2024 , a month before my birthday so they’d make it on time or earlier . We both have been contacting them for months & neither have us have been able to get a response . It hurts my feelings because I’ve always wanted to shop with this brand but I didn’t have the funds to do so . I finally thought I would be able to have their merch , but unfortunately they’re running off with people’s money & deleting comments on Instagram .
