Ordered a personalized Christmas bag for granddaughter from Kissskids (their website is kissskids.com). Kept sending me emails package was on the way. Then posted delivery date and tracking no but nothing delivered. Told me too check post office which I did. Could not track with no given and then they told me to get confirmation with post office which couldn’t happen as they didn’t have in their system. I lost $30.04 on this. Big run around and then PayPal tells me the seller had tracking info and closed case. I tried emailing [email protected]. Unbelievable.
