I immediately contacted the company to discuss why i would receive such a fake item that looked nothing like the product described. (can provide photo evidence)
I let them know I did not want this product as it was not nearly the same quality, color, or anything that i ordered by a long shot. I offered to return the product and asked for a return label.
The company then told me no i would need to pay for the product myself if i wanted to get a refund; which is not right, nor fair to scam people and then make them pay to give you back your fraudulent goods.
I did some additional investigation and made a public social media post to warn others about shopping with this brand. I then got a flood of DMS of others who also had been scammed. This company has now limited comments on their social media pages to avoid the backlash of scamming innocent people in their marketing scheme of false advertising.
