The person tell you that they operate a Crypto Mining farm in Dubai and you can purchase Crypto Miners and they split the profit with you 60-40 in your favor. After the first or second withdrawal (for less money than you invested), they cut off all communication. Any withdraw you try to process after that just stays pending forever and they ghost you on email, WhatsApp, and Telegram. It's a very elaborate and well thought out scam. The website, crypto farm pictures, and Telegram look legit. The communication is great at first with someone responding to you within a normal amount of time. I support a family of 5 just trying to make our lives a little easier and now we are worse off after losing $8,000. Stupid me for trying, I guess. DO NOT invest any money with this fake company.
