Type of a scam Online Purchase

I received an order back in January of Ketlux. I took it to the post office and returned it.
What I didnt do was send it UPR or FedEx. After waiting 2 months, I never saw it be credited on my statement.

Then on June 16, it showed up as a credit.

I have called different 800 numbers related to Ketlux. I ALWAYS get a foreigner that answers and tells me that they will send me a check that will show up on my email.
NEVER has this happened. It's just the same ole story and NOTHING>.

Then on June 12th, there is a credit. I thought FINALLY!

Now on July 5th , I got charged AGAIN the $49.68.

What the heck! So, again I called today and got another foreigner that I had a hard time understanding. She, too., told me the same thing, that I would get an echeck which probably won't happen, I will wait and see if she calls me back and suppose it was just mater of speech.

My next step is to get ahold of the Better Business Bureau and see what they can do.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

In November 2022, I received a shipment of Keto diet gummies and Detox pills from a distribution center. There were 5 bottles of gummies and 2 bottles of the Detox supplement pills. I thought I had ordered 1 bottle of diet pills (and 2 free ones) for $39.00 from a website that advertised on Facebook which claimed their pills were Shark Tank approved. Other than a packing slip from the TN fulfillment company in the shipping box, there was no information about who the seller was and how to return the merchandise. About the same time, I got notification from my credit card company that I was charged $198.78 and $49.68 from a company called Ketluxe in Florida with a phone number of 855-576-1421. We tried calling the number several times but either no one answered or we were able to leave a message but got no response. We wanted to cancel the order and return the merchandise.

I disputed the charges with my credit card company since we tried to cancel our order and return the merchandise. My credit card investigated but stated the seller proved they delivered the product to my home. And since I can't return the product for a refund, I'm stuck with diet pills I don't want and for which I was charged $248.46.
