I ordered keto gummies from them on 10/6/23 and then canceled the order and returned the product unopened. They keep telling me they will refund me with an echeck but I havent received it. I have called and been hung up on and when I finally do get someone they tell me my check is coming and it doesn't come. This has been the biggest scam!
They owe me almost $200.00 & wont refund me

After I thought I was answering a offer to pay a bill, and 3 months free of Disney +, my card was charged after dispute with bank and money was put back in my account and new debit card. Now they continue to used my old card to bill me causing me to call the bank and letting them that they are doing it again. I put in a dispute they correct the situation. But mysteryketo still charges my account. The number they use 855 926 9216 does not go through and I can't tell them to stop using the card number. I feel the bank should red flag them for being a scam.

charged my card with no product received. Ace brands said they show it delivered but cannot provide any proof it was delivered to me. I not only want to report them for not refunding my money but also not canceling the account after I advised them too. I called them and had no resolution and I also contacted my credit card to put a dispute. I believe them to be a scam as I cannot fine any information for them online.

I purchased 2 bottles of dietary supplement gummies with a 30 day trial stating to take one or 2 a day. Each bottle had 30. I used for 26 days with zero results. Return was a 100% guarantee. I was refunded half what I paid. That's fraud and theft. Not good business practice.

i ordered keto pills but tried to cancel before the 30 days , but was unable to reach their customer service number now the tell me the 30 days is past i just want my refund

I ordered 1 bottle of CDB gummies and was charged for 5 called the number right away and no answer call the number the next day and talked to

someone told them I wanted to cancel the order and they told me it was too late it had already been shipped , they said when I received the order I would have to send it back unopened to receive my money back they sent me a USPS tracking number that doesn't exist 9405 5112 0621 3098 3337 91 they said the charges will appear on my bank statement as "PROCBB779938758 AND MY ORDER NUMBER WAS 10382600. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER.

On 11/25/2022 I came across on a website buybliss.com a skin tag remover product. I had a few friends and family members that have that problem. I was thinking to order some for them. The website offer 1, 3 to 5 bottles. I decided to order 1 bottle with 1 free bottle for $129.88.

After I clicked the order button, I decided to read more on product reviews on Google and that was when I read about others complaints regarding this company. I decided to cancel the transaction. I sent them a message to inform them I didn't want to purchase the products anymore and wished to cancel the purchase.

I was charged and they sent me 2 bottles of the products with no other information or contact information.

Days went by, I tried to go back to that website but no longer able to find it anymore, I couldn't retrieve the message I sent. No website and no phone numbers to call. Unfortunately I got rid of the box they used to sent me the products. With so little to go and no mean for communication, the products just sat there.

On 12/25/2022 My account got charged $129.88 again! Reminded by the situation, I started to search for more info about this company again. It was Christmas & New Year was approaching. Days went by, sometimes I forgot about it. Then a few days ago, I received the second box with 2 more bottles of the products. The mailing label dated 12/25/2022. Nowhere in the box that they provided contact information! But this time in careful enough, to not get rid of the box with only info. My order confirmation was printed on it.

I got very frustrated I went through my bank charges and started to call the numbers more diligently. It always went to voice-mail, or sometimes when instructed to press 9 to speak to someone,... it got disconnected. I got very upset and I called my bank (**** card) representative to dispute the 2 charges of $129.88 in the total amount of $259.76. I requested them to block any future attempt/s from this company to charge my card.

Today 01/19/2023 I am still upset and try to call the numbers listed again. I was lucky it went through. After a long wait, I was able to talk to a lady named Reev. I explained the situation to her she kept repeating the same thing over and over again. Blaming me to not read the cancelation policy. I told her I requested the transaction to be canceled the same day of the first order. Going nowhere talking to her, I requested to speak to the manager, she was asking why I needed to speak to the manager? I said I would like to complain and requested my money from the 2 charges to be returned back! After many hold, unhold, hold again... The manager lady spoke to me a blaming me of the same fault for not reading the policy fine prints. I told her, the website disappeared and all I could find was different website with different products! I never found their contact information. When I found the numbers, it wad unreachable. Also during the holiday season, I was on vacation and I couldn't send back the first package! Also I couldn't send it back without contact or address info for the company anyways! She kept saying it's not their problem!

I got very frustrated and got into an escalated argument with her. Knowing it won't get anywhere, I ended the conversation. Therefore I'm here to file this report & make it known to your bureau & anyone out there who might fall into their scams.

Ordered buy 3 get 2 free Keto gummies at $39.76 per bottle. Checked card balance and saw I was charged $198.78 and $49.68. I immediately called back to cancel the order. They had billed me for 5 bottles of gummies and 3 bottles of a detox I did not order. The girl said she would refund 50% ($99.34 & $20) on the order which I agreed to. Delivery was to be 3-5 days from 1/2/23.

I called back on 1/5/23 because I had not received an email with my tracking #. At this time I was given a USPS tracking #*****. When I checked it, it shows pre-shipment in TN on 1/4/23 at 9:54pm.

Checked pretty much daily with no change. I called again on 1/11/23 and was asked to give it 2-3 more days.

Checked daily and the tracking # still says  TN.

I called back today, 1/17/23 to ask for a full refund of what was charged to my card ($99.44 & $29.68) because the product obviously has not been shipped and was told I have a tracking # therefore I would not receive a refund, that it has been shipped and I cannot cancel the order.

The USPS tracking # still shows pre-shipment with the date of 1/4/23.

The product has not shipped, they refuse to cancel the order and refund my money.

I am also going to contact the Post Master General because this is an interstate scam/fraud situation.

Tried to tell me I owed money from over 2 years ago for something I never purchased and wanted my cc information over the phone and was VERY demanding that I pay during that phone call. They would not send me an email or provide a letter etc.

Keto online offer of free diet pills using Oprah's name but the free bottle came through as a charge of $212.94!!! There was never a page that had me see or confirm any amount. The ad pops up constantly while playing free online games.

I tried calling getting a refund and there are too many fake keto pills. I had 30 days to return product. If it don’t work send them back they say

Keto used their auto fill scam to me a year ago. Now they want to repay me the money they took from my charge card. I lost $160. They said they would pay me $300. The letter said on command of the ScamPulse.com they are to return my money. I have a copy of this letter.

The Keto plans have you purchase a couple bottles for shipping and handling and somewhere in small print in the ad it says you may cancel anytime in 14 days or we will take full purchase price out of account. Not only did they take 89.95 out once, but a couple days later they took out another 44.98 telling me I was receiving second bottle half price. Never did I see this in the advertisement. If thats not bad enough the pills did not work at all.

I play games on my phone. This ad kept popping up that Oprah was handing out this product for free for weight loss. It even showed Oprah and how much weight she lost. Click on the link to get it free from Oprah. I did what it said. At the end, it said I had to pay shipping and handling. No problem. Could handle the $4.95. Then another ad popped up to get the full benefits get this product for $4.99. I couldn't get out of it, so I clicked it to get that. The product arrived when it was suppose to. Didn't open the package until 2 weeks later when I saw on my bank account two charges for $79.95 and $69.95. It several calls to get through to them. They wanted me to send the product back to get my full refund. Again, would be another cost that I don't have due to being unemployed. I told them I would report them to our state attorney and the better business bureau. I had to argue with them. After some time on hold, the representative came back on the line, and stated that they would refund all my money, but it would take 3-4 days. I told her if I didn't have it with in this time, they would be getting a call back.

They keep sending pills that I do not want nor order and charge my credit card such that the bank is holding my credit card until I clear it. In order to clear my credit card I have to agree that I purchased these items.

My husband ordered KETO BHB Capsules. The KETO BHB Capsules made him extremely jittery and sweat profusely. He stopped taking the pills after a few times and returned to normal. He emailed them to ask them to stop his membership immediately and didn't hear back. We had 3 charges of $89.12 (1 in January, 1 in March, and 1 in April) to our account. I have 3 unopened bottles in my possession. I called the # on the bottle on Sunday 4/5, and had them cancel it. They confirmed they cancelled it but couldn't return my money back. They told me I had to call back on Monday 4/6 in order to talk to someone about returning the bottles and getting my money back. On Monday, I called and it sounds like I'm talking to customer service reps that are in India. I was transferred a couple times and had a hard time understanding the gentlemen that were talking. The last man I spoke to said he could only offer me back 60% of the last charge of $89.12. I told him I would like all my money back. I asked to speak to his supervisor and then waited on the phone for a while. The same man came back and offered me back $80 back and told me I could keep the bottles, and if I accepted the $80 I wouldn't need to talk to his supervisor. I still told him I would like to speak to his supervisor and want all of my money back. He told me his supervisor would call me back in 34 to 48 hours. I'm waiting for the call back. This company does not seem legit. The charge that showed up on my card was from CLEANSEANDDETOXMYB VAN NUYS CA. However there's nothing that I can find that exists named Cleanse and Detox MYB in Van Nuys, CA. On the KETO bottle, it says this is distributed by KETO. Detroit, MI 48204, which I can't find online anywhere. And on the shipping box it says it was shipped from a PO Box in Dallas. They don't seem to have a legit website. There's no real contact info on their website. And they have different 800 numbers on their bottle vs their website. All 800 numbers lead to the same call center in India. Also on their website and their pamphlet that comes with the bottle, it says "Billing on your credit card statement may appear similar to: GREATHEALTH8888012470, 866-327-1270*NEWHEALTH, BESTRASBERRYKEYTONE, or RAPID FAT LOSS." This also seems really strange to me. Especially since what appeared on our billing was still different from that.

I signed up for a "free" trial of keto pills and was charged $169.93. I returned the unopened product and was told I would receive my refund in 7-10 days....its now been over 65 days. When I call them they say the refunds are in a different department and I can't be transferred to them or have their number. I never authorized them to take money from my account and even though I returned the product they still refuse to refund me.
