I ordered a short set from Keppel (their website is keppel.com) and when received the quality was poor and the size didn’t fit. When I requested an authorization form to return the item, which was their so-called procedure, I was first offered $8, then $15. and I could keep the garment. I can’t and wouldn’t wear the garment, and was willing to return it for a refund of $54.98, the original purchase price (I lost $54.00). Upon making this request, I haven’t heard from them since even after trying to contact them at [email protected]. Potential customers need to be warned about this company- this is a scam!
