( Stylmatic Towing Requested All Invoices be edited and at least $120 of additional charges be added, to EACH Invoice.
Customers would call on a daily, hours after hour, wanting to know where the car is, or why no one has picked it up.
However, the system will show the tow was completed & invoices were submitted for payment. Free Money & No One is actually collecting a vehicle nor dropping them off on time.
Note: 3 out of 10 cars would actually be delivered.
The company(s) uses Towbook to receive Tow Services. They are also partnered with Swoop, Agero, Allstate, NSD, & More Tow software sites.
Many of these sites especially Agero & Swoop have already RED Flagged this company for excessive charges.
Once these sites flag them, Stylmatic Towing will either change their company name to another they have, or have employees call in, and try to get EACH TICKET Split with a new ticket. This Tactic will seem as if they had to send out a new truck, in order to get an additional $75.
The company I was previously working for has neglected to pay employees, train employees properly, & now risking employee safety and life to gain illegal profit. Many forms of communications have been made to the owners about pay & propery training. To only receive an answer of “you got this” “I Trust you” or “It’s Not That Hard”
