This company preys on vulnerable people that are in situations where they are needing mortgages and credit repair and promises big results but actually delivers next to no services. This company suggests you will receive a phone call each month to help educate you and you are not offered that. They don’t sent the information to bureaus that they claim to send. When we contacted the bureaus directly we were told after 5 months we had no open cases or disputes. They accept money up front for a service they don’t deliver and when you try to seek resolve from them, they all of a sudden have all of these different departments you need to go through. This business has no address or phone number to be reached at. They make all of their calls through social media sites, there is no way to contact them other than email and when you do email them, they send automated replies. As an after thought it appears clear this is how they protect themselves from complaints and lawsuits. They disguise this business as credible because they do the bare minimum that any person could do. When we asked for our personal information they told us that it would be the last time we would hear from them. Look into this company very carefully. It’s all smoke and mirrors. On LinkedIn it suggests they have three employees, however the only contact for them is in the Philippines. You will hear from from Kenny himself when he’s trying to hook you in and from that moment on they make it appear that he is so inundated with business he cannot possibly contact you. They claim to have a full refund policy but that policy has so many loopholes in it it’s. Guarantee that the second you sign the contract you will get nothing back. They are completely unethical and when we pressed on them to ask why the promised items were not being complete we were met with contradictory emails and lies.
