In January 2025 was searching online for a gift for Grandaughter.Not sure how there product came up.. good reviews so I ordered. Never received though they took my money. I have emailed them numerous times. Pretty sure the responses come from AI. Emailed responses include a tracking number though and the email says be patient and check your real-time tracking… not true. The last time something was updated on real-time 3/2! I’ve pointed this out in mails but I just get same response… thank you for patience and check real-time tracker. I went to website and it says to follow them on Facebook.. but when you click on that there is no such page. I need my item or money
