Date of transaction: 3/2/24 Merchant: kea health Website: www.keahelath.com Purchased: nicotine patches 21mg Site is for smoking cessation products Expected delivery: 3/3/24 No delivery was made Checked merchant site for traking info Link on merchant site routed to Shop App payment platform, reviewed receipt, merchant processed payment to my huntintong checking debit card 3/4/24 via Shop payment platform. Contacted both merchant at [email protected] and Shop app customer service chat and no information regarding order status, shipment update stated order unfulfilled. Reported merchant fraudulent to Shop app payment processor, unable to log compliant, viewed bbb web complaint info unable to find merchant, unable to contact merchant/ customer service info provided resulted in no contact regarding order. Did not receive goods and services, received no communication from merchant, unable to log complaint via payment processor on behalf of merchant info not being recognized via bbb, filed formal complaint with federal trade commission, contacted huntington banking institution for charge back merchant claim on transaction of 3/4/24 from merchant id "sp kea health" in the amount of $148.00 usd amount of purchase including next day expedited shipping fee, no shipping info provided order unfulfilled status. Was not contacted by merchant regarding order or update.
