I payed TE, owner of Kay Jay Turf & Snow $1039.50 by check on 10-28-22, to plow my driveway for the upcoming season. On 12-5-22 I received an email that he was all prepared for the season. On 12-15-22 he emailed me that he could not service my contract and that I would be refunded within 1-2 weeks, which has not taken place. . I filed a judgement in small claims court, Victor, and he failed to respond. I was awarded a judgement on 5-2-23 but have no way to collect. He has discontinued his DBA and there is no way for me to contact him.

Tom Engebrecht owner of KayJay Turf & Snow was contracted for snow removal. He advised us that he had so much business that he added his wife as a new driver and encouraged us to pass along that he is accepting new contracts. He has closed his business and has not submitted a refund. I have 3 elderly neighbors (80’s) all of who have contracts for service. None of us have received refunds after he abruptly closed his business.
