Not sure where else to report an abuse by a company that uses the ScamPulse.com logo, as an approved ScamPulse.com agent when they are not. I relied on seeing the ScamPulse.com logo on their website thinking it was legitimate company with ScamPulse.com approval. I have a separate complaint with ScamPulse.com for a refund that they would not give, but wanted to be sure ScamPulse.com is aware this company is using the ScamPulse.com Approved logo on its advertising/website.

I saw their ad on Facebook and went to the website. I purchased 2 of their products. received them and they were very low quality and not what I ordered. I emailed the company to ask for a refund and was told no. They don't do refunds or exchanges. The items that I received were sizes from China and not American sizes and were not advertised as Chinese sizes. No where on their website does it state that once you buy it, you're stuck with it.

After several emails they still refuse to issue a refund.

Katy charm is a site that had a post on Facebook advertising a bra sale. Bras were purchased and took months to come and get mail explanation was because of shipping issues product finally arrives and product is not right size. The bra band and cup size don’t match.So after emailing the company asking for a refund they say they can’t always meet customers standards an imply that they did send right product and implied that I’m to incompetent to know what I picked out and that no refund would be issued since product actually came and isn’t damaged and that no returned could be done either.

Order what was presumed to be Daisy bras from this company. I ordered correct size of 46c and was sent 32a/b I requested a full refund and was told they were only authorized to give me a 40% refund. I did not accept their offer as I don’t readily give 60% of my money away for non usable items.

I clicked on an ad on Instagram and made a purchase. The item never arrived (we have surveillance) I emailed and called, to no avail. Their site and tracking numbers are fake.

Ordered a product on 2/1/24 said would be delivered 7-10 days , I emailed numerous times each response email said shipping delayed however shipping update has never changed been over 39 days now since order placed and money drafter from my bank have filed fraud charges against the company

Daisy bra on facebook ad. Said 45-day satisfaction guaranteed. Ordered a large cup size and received something so tiny it looks like child sized. Total scam and won’t fully refund, only partial percentage. Probably won’t even cover shipping. False advertising

February 28th 2024, Saw the ad for "Daisy Bra". Ordered the bra. Used a credit card and paid $19.95. Received a confirmation email from them that my order was placed and I would be receiving another email when my order shipped. February 29th. I received an email stating my order was processing and would receive a confirmation email regarding shipment. In a few days. On March 3rd, I sent a email on their support line inquiring about shipment of my order. Did not receive a response from them. On March 6th I sent another email asking where my order was. Has it been shipped? Never did hear back from them. It's now March 7th and still no response from them.

Ordered bras online from ad on facebook. Order took a month to arrive and was too small. Tried three times to contact to arrange return and no one has returned my email. Tried to call, number is disconnected. Many other people on facebook are reporting similar issues.

I ordered from the web site Katycharm.com my credit card was charged 19.95, i never received conformation of my order, so I called the number on the website and it say not taking in coming calls, I also email the support email on the web site and it came back undelivered.
