Clothing return requests ignored by Kate and Wendy

I purchased clothing from this company, and checked the return policy before doing so. I have tried multiple times to reach them to initiate a return (over a week) and no one has responded. Their site indicates that to initiate a refund, email them. I've tried email multiple times, as well as messaging via Instagram.

Kate and Wendy return policy issue with dresses

I ordered three dresses from Kate and Wendy but before doing so, I checked their return policy because I am 6-4 and nothing "ever" fits me so I need to ensure I can return. There was nothing about this company being based in China, so I would need to return items there. And once the items were received, I would get full refund. The alternative option is for me to keep the dresses that don't fit and get 50% of my money back. Had this been disclosed on their return policy, I would have never done business with them.

Poor quality clothing and return policy dispute

I ordered a clothing item to wear to a family wedding. It took about 3 weeks for the item to arrive and when it arrived I found the quality to be extremely poor and the pants part of the outfit were very short. When I attempted to return the item, I was offered 10% of the purchase price and I should keep the item. When I objected to that, I was offered 20% of the purchase price. I then objected to that offer and stated their return policy to them which was that they would refund the purchase price minus return shipping. When I didn’t hear back from them I sent them a message telling them that I was reporting them to my credit card company which would start an investigation. I also told them that I would report them to ScamPulse.com which I am doing now.
