Purchased products as advertised from social media (Facebook & instagram) I had repeatedly seen ads for this company for a long time and thought their products would make neat Christmas gifts. The site advertises miniature sword/katana novelty collectibles. I placed an order for 3 different items (“Joan of Arc”, Meteoric Ore Blade”, and “Trunks Sword” and was told I would receive a 4th surprise katana as a “free gift” as well as another “free gift” as a promotion deal at the time of my order. I placed this order on December 9th, 2024 and the purchase charges posted to my account the following day, December 10th. I waited several days and never received a confirmation email for my purchase (no order number, details, receipt, etc.) As I had placed the order for a Christmas gift I waited two weeks and had still not received an order confirmation nor any shipping details so I send the company an inquiry email via the link on their website. Within a day I received an email response from a different company stating there must be some confusion. The email address on Katana Kult’s website is listed as [email protected] but if you click the link directly to email it sends an email to [email protected]

I then send an email inquiry directly to [email protected] on 12/24/24 and never got a response.

I send another email to them several days later and still have not received a response. After researching further it seems many people have experienced similar issues of immediately being charged for purchases but never receiving any confirmation nor receiving their items and being unable to contact the company. I believe this company is a scam and I want to report them so hopefully no one else will lose money.

I had purchased some small swords online. They took my money and never sent the product. When contacted by email, they said to check my post office. I did that, and the post office said they could not find any information about it. I contacted the company again via email and got the same response about contacting the Post office. I then contacted them and asked for my money back. I have not heard from them since. And they still have my money $78.25.
