Len Herman came to our house as part of KarpetMart to quote us for flooring work. He could not provide a written quote, verifiable address, or proof of any business records. He attempted to show some powerpoint stating he and his father had this business for decades, although it was very obvious they were just photos off the internet. He tried to get us to put money down immediately and we said no. When leaving, he would not walk out when requested, and it took multiple "thank you have a nice day"s for him to finally leave. We felt threatened that he was going to come back and vandalize our home or try to hurt us.

Upon speaking with a friend who had used him a couple years back, he told us that Len stole $1,000 from him after getting their deposit and then not answering any calls or doing any work.

His "business address" is to a location that isn't his business. There are multiple red flags about this man and his business.
