I completely and utterly disagree with your assessment that your "team has taken great care to ensure that the product meets the specifications and details outlined in the product listing." Obviously by the photo I provided, the item is not 50 inches and the photos on your sites were completely misleading. I paid $150.00 for this. Below are excerpts from your site;
