Repeated Charges After “Cancellation” & False Account Deletion

Bottom Line Up Front:

Despite multiple confirmed cancellations — and even an email stating my account was deleted — Juvein has continued to charge me every month for a product I no longer want. Their system and customer service appear either broken or deliberately deceptive. Proceed with extreme caution.

I tried Juvein’s protein in May 2025 because it looked interesting. I didn’t like it — no big deal. But I was surprised to receive another shipment and realized I’d been automatically enrolled in a subscription. I figured maybe I missed that detail and didn’t hold it against them at first.

I emailed support to cancel and request a refund. They sent me a link to cancel through my account, but when I logged in (an account that seemed to have been created automatically), there was no way to cancel. I emailed again — no response.

From July through October 2025, I’ve been charged six times for unwanted protein. I only received two replies across all those months, both confirming my subscription was canceled. The last one, in September 2025, stated that my account was permanently deleted and my data removed. Yet I was charged again this month — and my account still exists.

After months of patience and repeated contact, I’m left with one conclusion: this company does not honor cancellations or data deletion requests. Unless you’re fine with being charged indefinitely for a product you don’t want and being ignored by customer service, do NOT purchase from Juvein.

The company claimed to send protein powder, when it finally came 5 weeks after it was shipped I was automatically sent another. They said I signed up for a subscription however I didn't and when I logged into my account there was no where that showed I was nor could I cancel it. I email and tried to cancel and was told it was too late for the 3rd month but I could for the 4th. Then I was automatically charged for the 4 month. I have now been in a battle for a month trying to get a refund they claim they made to my credit card but haven't. Now I'm challenging the charge with my credit card company

Do not buy from this company. Although the website looks legit, this company is not and does not follow their own stated policies. It took almost a month to receive my order(website says 2-4 business days). I received tracking that product was coming from China. The picture attached to the tracking showed a bag of potato flour, not the protein powder I ordered. When I received my order, it was from a random person,not a business. I have not opened this product as I am afraid to ingest it as I have no idea what it really is. I have repeatedly reached out to the company since receiving my order and they will not honor their own "30 day money back guarantee,try risk free" policy. Very deceptive advertising!
