Julie Leach Foundation has contacted my 85 year old mother and told her she is sharing her winnings with her and has asked for her to give banking information so she can deposit the earnings. My mom complied and she has taken a lot of money out of my mother's account in small increments daily equaling a few thousand dollars a month. Her retirement checks and social security have been drained and she's now in foreclosure. It's awful. We've reported to FTC, adult protective services and the bank. My mom has over $1500 in bounce checks because the Julie Leach has pulled money from her account and then the bills she's paid bounce. It's a real nightmare. Any information you have is much appreciated. We do have pics of text messages.

Does FedEx deliver money to people that julie leach is giving away it is on tictok and i have gave Fedex ebay cards for 400 dollars he said he would be here that friday got a text he need 200dollars for the police i told him no more money then he said julie leach was going to pay the police that and all i have to do is send him 60 dollars for gas to get here so is this a scam if it is we need to get her off tictok and they also have pictures and signs holding up that they got there money

A Julie Leach Foundation contacted ****** ******** an elderly woman through instagram and wanted to give her money through fedex all she needed to do is send her a copy of her credit card information so she can transfer the funds to ******** account. Sadly she, ******* gave the information to this person about 14 months ago, this Julie Leach person also told her to hide every thing from her family and friends. So ****** hid everything until I found out when she was telling this person over the phone that she would send a picture of her ID as soon as she could. I then questioned ****** about the conversation and she told me everything. After realizing it was a scam, ****** came to myself, ******* ****** and friend and roommate of hers, and told me what happened with Julie Leach she kept saying she was a friend and she wanted to give her money through fedex but she never got the money. In August of 2019 is when ****** gave her information to Julie Leach and this Julie also befriended ****** and made ****** trust her. I didn't find out about anything until August 28, 2020 all I knew was ****** kept getting her money stolen but we couldn't figure out how. That was because Julie made ****** lie to us about knowing thie Julie or even talking to her, ****** did everything Julie told her to do because ****** really thought she was getting 20,000 if she helped Julie Leach!!! Then in Sept 2020 this Julie Leach took ******** social security check and ****** disputed it with the bank but the bank did nothing. Now this Julie Leach person contacted myself, *******, on Sept 28, 2020 and wanted me to check ******;s mail and get her bank card and activate it and send Julie Leach pictures of the card. I went to the police and they told me to block the number and let them know i will file harassment charges. I did that and this Julie Leach is still calling me wanting me to help them scam this poor sweet lady, which i will not do at all!!! This person talked ****** into giving her card information and this Julie person set up and automatic withdrawal each month for the last several months until I stopped the auto transfer from reporting the fraud charges now this Julie person wants me (I have no clue how she even got my number at all) to set up the auto transfers for her so it looks like ****** set it up and authorized it when she really didn't. This person has stolen ******** social security & disability money for at least the last 14 months now too and the police said they can't stop her at all. I think it is sad when the police can't even stop illegal activity when it is handed to them. She has lost a lot more than $750.00 but I am not sure the total amount. This person has taken any wheres from 250.00 to 750 each month for the last 14 months now. I have several screen shots from my phone of the conversation I had with Julie Leach but this is just one, further in the conversation this person tells me it is a card from card.com which I know is ******** banking card for her government checks and for her to live off of which she can't now because she fell for this scam! I reported all this to the local Vidor, Texas Police department. You guys are our last chance at helping stop these criminals! If you look up Julie Leach foundation you will see what ****** feel for and that there for several other people going through this hell we are going through. This Julie Leach is not calling myself and getting me involved and I want it stopped by any means! I an happy to talk about this at any time with you guys!!!
