Fraudulent Business Practices and Non-Payment by JSI Property Care Solutions LLC

I worked with JSI Property Care Solutions LLC, owned by Ismail Hossain (Address: 32409 Masch Ave, Warren, MI 48091, EIN: 392190550, Phone: +1 (313) 622-1655). Over a 2–3 month period, my team provided property maintenance and related services totaling more than $13,000. Despite repeated attempts via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, Mr. Hossain has refused to pay.

He blocked our calls, stopped replying to messages, and suddenly shut down his operations without settling debts. This is a clear case of fraud, theft of services, and possible tax evasion.

We urge others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company. He has no proper documents, avoids responsibility, and has been running his business dishonestly.
