JS Aviation claims to be an aircraft brokerage company. I had listed my aircraft for sale online which they saw and placed a call to me asking if I would allow them to post my aircraft on their advertising. Their stated purpose, all verbal, was to identify potential buyers for my aircraft in exchange for a 2% brokerage fee should I sell my aircraft to a buyer which they located for me. I had listed my aircraft publicly at $385,000. JS Aviation took it upon themselves to lower the price of my aircraft which they publicly advertised at $379,000. I did not authorize JS Aviation to use this lower price nor did I have any knowledge of their to do so. The harm that I have suffered is a loss of a sale due to the buyer locating their false advertisement and then assuming that I was trying to scam them by increasing the price at the last minute. This has cost me two different sales.
