I was looking for a riding lawn mower and shed and placed an order on Joweba.com on 4/20/2024 in the amount of $1169. I received a confirmation email and then a receipt. The order was processed (charged to my credit card) on 4/21/25. I was then charged again two more times on April 23, 2025. I wrote emails letting them know I was triple charged and got no emailed response. I called and couldn't leave a message as the number was invalid. I wrote through their chat app and it takes sometimes more than a day to get a response and each response is almost like my issue is brand new. I told them about the triple charges and took screen shots of chats I sent in. Sometimes I would get a response as I did when I mentioned that I would contact my credit card company and dispute. I was then apologized to and was finally given a tracking number for a company called Glide Logistic - another scam because I was supposed to receive my package on 5/11/25. It's not 5/19/25 and I have nothing to show except one credit card dispute that went my way while I am still being charged by my credit card company for one incorrect charge. I went on Reddit and found that one person got their delivery but it took months and someone else said that their Tennessee address is fake and that there is a business in that location who keeps getting calls. Joweba is a scam. Do not buy from them. The price is too good to be true.

I visited their website with huge discounted prices for lawnmowers which perked my suspicion. I called with no luck but a European sounding voicemail came up. I drove from South Carolina to Tennessee and found the address to be of another business that did not know what this place was that I was asking about.

Placed an order on the website. The item never shipped. Phone is never answered. Checked Reddit and saw that it was a known scam site. Filed a complaint with my credit card company.
