I was e-mailed by someone claiming to be a recruiter for Johnson & Johnson. The email looked to be from someone with a LinkedIn profile of an actual person with this role, but using a gmail address. I was told me that in order to be considered for the role I needed to complete and pay for documents via a third party called Executive Edge.
