John Penick claimed to be a contractor and offered to do work. After a verbal agreement he began work and immediately began taking weeks to months long breaks always making excuses for not showing up. He took over 4000 is deposits from me and what little work was done is so poor that it will cost me quite a bit to have it repaired. John is unlicensed, uninsured and unregistered. I and others in the area have contacted the local police in regards to his scams.
