John Wayne Rodius harvested an heirloom black walnut tree that was in the family for four generations. We are owed two slabs for tabletops, one rectangular and one round. According to the contract the wood was to be left green and cured on our property. All wood has been taken and John has not responded to any attempts to contact him. John Rodius is currently in breach of contract with us. He has been reported to have numerous business names which are either not able to be found or are expired, and has not responded to any attempts to reach him. He is reported to have been banned from business in Washington, possibly moving his attempts to Oregon and Washington. Our experience would lend credence to that claim. Just a heads up to anyone who might run across him and consider doing business with him. Other names he has been known under are John Wayne, John Wayne Rodius, John Wayne Specialty Wood, Harvest Recovery Services and John Wayne Tree Service.
